RETURNS POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR T-SHIRTS AND HOODIES AND WILL GLADLY PROCESS REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS WITHIN 20 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR REFUND.

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE IN NEW AND UNWORN CONDITION.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE PROCESS

• You may request a return by contacting us at lovesoundsrecordsltd@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue you a return reference number. Please include your name and order number in your email to begin the return process.
• Please include a note (or your original invoice) with your name, email, order number, and return reference number in your return package. Please note we are not liable for damages during the shipment process and we kindly request that you package the hoodies and t-shirts well.
• We will happily cover all return costs for refunds and exchanges on all unused and unworn t-shirts and hoodies. 
• Upon inspection and acceptance of your return, will issue a refund for your order to the original purchase method paid.
• Please note that replacement orders on exchanges are FINAL SALE. We are not able to replace an order more than once.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email lovesoundsrecordsltd@gmail.com with your order number along with a photo showing the issue, and we'll take care of you.

DAMAGES

We stand by the craftsmanship of our t-shirts and hoodies which are all produced inhouse by Love Sounds Records™. If you have any questions or concerns about your t-shirt or hoodie purchase, please reach out of us and we'll do our best to help you.

Please note that we do not accept returns on t-shirts or hoodies that have been torn, burnt, stained, or defaced. Our t-shirts are made of 100% Ringspun cotton and our hoodies are made of 50% Cotton and 50% polyester, both of which should be washed at a recommended temperature of 30 degrees wash cycle. Cotton can experience slight shrinking after repeated washing, do not use bleach on any of our products.
